“Our boat was 30 minutes late, there for we missed out on 30 minutes of our excursion! We were rushed in and told as soon as we got there, we needed to eat lunch! As soon as lunch was over, we had to do our snorkeling! The snorkeling was cool but everything to this point was rushed! Drinks are not included and pretty expensive! I expected more! Would not recommend this excursion.”

“Boat ride was quick with a nice view of celebrity houses if you’re into that. The disappointment comes from false advertising in my opinion. The pictures and description of private cabanas didn’t live up to the hype. The service was slow at best and took an hour just to get lunch. Also drinks were slow to get. And they ran out of bottled water very early on. Don’t understand how that happens. I will say that I don’t blame the server I had. I think they need a better system of the private cabana servers only serving those guest instead of doing multiple things. For what I paid the value…”
